Announcement Letter of Vacancy and Nomination of Vice-President

Dear Member,

The CWA Local 3611 Election Committee would like to announce that at the next Membership
meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, we will be announcing the vacancy of the position of
Vice-President. Also, we are announcing that nominations for the position of Vice-President
will be taken at the Membership meeting the following month on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
Voting will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 (IF NECESSARY) in person, at the Union Hall
located at 4915 Waters Edge Dr. – Suite 295, Raleigh NC, 27606 between the hours of 8:30 AM
and 8:00 PM. The results will be announced at the end of the Membership Meeting following
the tally of the votes, should a vote have been made necessary.
